Your privacy matters. This Privacy Policy explains how the Free Invoice Generator app ("we", "our", or "the app") handles your information. We have designed this app with privacy as a core principle: we do not collect, store, or share your personal data.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

The Invoicer app operates entirely within your device and browser. We do not collect any of the following:

Personal identification information (name, email address, phone number)
Invoice data, client details, or financial information you enter
Device identifiers, IP addresses, or location data
Usage analytics, behaviour tracking, or session data
Any data transmitted to our servers — because we have none

2. How the App Works

All invoice creation, editing, and PDF generation happens locally on your device. When you fill in invoice details, add line items, and export a PDF, that entire process occurs within your browser's memory.

No data leaves your device. No account is required. No sign-in is needed.

Important: Because we do not store your data anywhere, invoices are not saved between sessions unless you download the PDF or save the page yourself. We recommend downloading your PDF immediately after creation.

3. PDF Generation

PDFs are generated entirely on-device using open-source JavaScript libraries (jsPDF and html2canvas). Your invoice content is never uploaded to any server during this process. The resulting file is saved directly to your device.

4. Third-Party Services

The app loads the following third-party resources for functionality and fonts:

Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com) — for typography display
Tailwind CSS via CDN (cdn.tailwindcss.com) — for styling
html2canvas via CDN (cdnjs.cloudflare.com) — for PDF rendering
jsPDF via CDN (cdnjs.cloudflare.com) — for PDF generation

These services may log standard server request data (such as your IP address) as part of their normal CDN operation. We do not control or have access to any such logs. Please refer to the respective privacy policies of Google and Cloudflare for details.

5. Permissions

The app may request the following device permissions:

Storage access — to save the generated PDF file to your device. No other files are accessed or read.
Internet access — solely to load fonts and libraries from CDNs on first use. Not used to transmit your data.

6. Children's Privacy

This app is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. Since the app collects no personal data from any user, it poses no specific risk to minors.

7. Data Security

Because no personal data is collected or transmitted by us, there is no data for us to secure on our end. Your invoice information exists only on your own device and is under your full control at all times.

8. Your Rights

Since we do not collect or store any personal data, there is nothing for us to provide, correct, or delete on request. You maintain full ownership and control of everything you create within the app.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
